Clemson man arrested on child pornography charges
Criminal Justice May 1st. 2011, 7:44pmJoshua Heyward Hughes Rumph, 21, of Clemson was arrested on Monday by the Charleston Police Department on child pornography charges, according to the South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson’s Office.
The Charleston Police Department is a member of the Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Rumph is charged with one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment, according to a statement from the attorney general’s office.
The attorney general’s office will prosecute the case.
